基礎工事＠大隆寺／ The foundation work at Dairyuji

飛騨高山の大隆寺では，順調に基礎工事が進んでいます．配筋をして，そこにコンクリートを流し込んでいき，丈夫な基礎をつくっていきます．

The foundation work is now on going at Dairyuji temple in Hida-Takayama. After arrangement of reinforcement, concrete is poured to make a strong foundation. 
 

飛騨地方を代表する工務店の一つである堀口工務店の御厚意により，天然のケヤキの大版をトイレの洗面カウンターに使わせて頂けることになりました．これらは建物と共に，宮大工の棟梁の技術により，これから組み上がっていく予定です．

Thanks to kindness by Horiguchi building corporation, we can use such big zelkova boards for wash counters in toilet. These material will be built as a building with a great carpenter's technique.

敷地調査＠福岡／ Site survey @Fukuoka

先日，福岡県のあるお寺でこれから始まる新しいプロジェクトの敷地調査をしてきました．道中立ち寄った北九州の小倉城ではちょうど桜が満開で，春の到来を感じました．

The other day, we went to see a site of new temple project in Fukuoka. Cherry blossoms were in full bloom at Kokura Castle in Kitakyushu. Spring has come! 

地鎮祭＠大隆寺／ A ceremony of purifying a building site

気持ち良い快晴の空の下，飛騨高山の大隆寺にて神様を祀って工事の無事を祈る地鎮祭が執り行われました．日本では比較的神道スタイルでの神式が多いようですが，ここはお寺ですのでもちろん仏式です．これは珍しいと工事関係者も興味津々でした．

Under the blue sky, the ceremony which pray for safety construction work was held at Dairyuji temple in Hida-Takayama. Relatively this ceremony is held by Shinto-style in Japan, but this time it was by Buddhism style because of a Buddhist temple. The people in construction team are also very interested such a rare ceremony. 

とても和やかな雰囲気の中，お祈りを捧げることができました．これで仏様のご加護のもと順調に工事が進んでいくことと思います．

We could have a great prayer in a friendly atmosphere. Hopefully this construction will be progressed steadily under the protection of the gods.

今回地鎮祭に先立って老朽化した便所が解体されたことで，境内に大きなモクレンの庭が出現しました．プロジェクトの第一期としてこのモクレンを囲むように広場と屋外トイレが６月に完成します．このお寺を利用する人々，城山を散歩する人々の憩いの場として，たくさんの人々に愛着を持っていただけるような場所になることを心から願っています．

A big magnolia garden is now appeared on this site because of dismantling of a old toilet building. A open space and new toilet will be complete in June, as a first phase of this project. We wish these spaces will be a nexus and relaxation space for people come to temple and tourists with affection.

あけましておめでとうございます！昨年に引き続き，本年も謙虚で実直に，より一層の精進をして参ります．どうぞよろしくお願い致します．

We wish a happy new year for everyone! and will do our best effort and devotion this year, too. 

今年は現在進行中の３物件が着工し，そのうち２件が年内に完成となる予定です．今年も実りの多い楽しい一年になりますように．

3 ongoing projects will be started construction in this year, and 2 of them will be completed. We wish it will be a fruitful and joyful year.

Our first work "A Renovation to recover the scenery of 70 years old man's memory" is published on the magazine "SHINKENCHIKU JUTAKUTOKUSHU 2013/01". Because of camera technique  and great editing, this article became interesting. Please check it out at Bookshop.

雪の大隆寺／Dairyuji temple of Snow

今週大隆寺プロジェクトの打ち合わせのために飛騨高山へ来ています．12月の始めだというのにけっこう積もっています．この雪が解け始める来春に工事が着工できるように現在プロジェクトが進行中です．

We are in Hida-Takayama for Dairyuji temple project this week, and we have heavy snow even it is still beginning of December. The project is in progress for starting construction at next spring, so the time of the melting snow.  

ついこの間までたくさんの葉をつけていたモクレンの木もすっかり冬モード．きれいです．

This magnolia tree is already on winter-mode, it had a lot of leaves until quite recently though. beautiful...
