〈海の日〉である7月21日に施主のご厚意により内覧会を開催いたします．

現場リポート＠川越の住宅／ Site report @House in Kawagoe

川越の現場では着々と完成に向かって工事が進んでいます．昨今の大工さん不足も影響し予定より遅れていますが，丁寧な仕事をしてくれております．

The construction is progressed steadily at site in Kawagoe. It is behind schedule because there are insufficient carpenters recently, however carpenters are working very polite.

破風（屋根の三角形部分）の木製サッシにガラスがはめ込まれました．とても大きい面積なので模型で想像していたよりも，実物はかなり迫力があります．これにより家族の集まる場所がとても明るいものとなりました．

Glasses are installed in wooden sashes on gable roof. Because of these huge window area, it has much more powerful impression than I imagined by model. These huge gable roofs make a bright living space.

表立って出てこないウォークインクローゼットの収納棚ですが，スッキリと格好良く出来たので，これもとても気に入っています．

This closet shelf is also my favorite. It made very simple and cool, even it locates unobtrusive room.

仕上げの工程＠野間アパートメント／ Finishing touches of the construction at Noma

外壁の吹付け工事が終わり，5月末の完成へ向けて最後の仕上げにかかってきました．

The spray coating work is finished, and construction process reaches its climax for the completion at the end of May. 

丁寧な仕事の積み重ねのお陰で，すきっとした綺麗な印象の建物ですが，どこか可愛らしく，開放的で気持ちの良い空間となりました．

Thanks to attentive works, this building became opened, empathetic and comfortable spaces. 

6月初旬にオープンハウスを予定していますので，詳細はまたご報告します．お楽しみに！

We are planning to have open-house at the beginning of June, and will get in touch further information later.

日本の伝統 2014年04号／ Japan Traditional 2014:04

〈日本の伝統 2014年04月号〉に私たちの手がけた一作目「70歳の原風景を取り戻す改修」をご掲載頂きました．

Our first work "A Renovation to recover the scenery of 70 years old man's memory" is published on a magazine "Japan Traditional 2014:04".

お施主さんの想い，私たちのこの仕事へ対する想いなども丁寧にご紹介して頂きました．出版社の方々に私たちの仕事を気に入って頂けたことをとても嬉しく思っています．

Some concepts of this project like client's thought and our thought are also introduced politely. It is a great pleasure that our project is evaluated by the publishers.

現場リポート＠川越の住宅／ Site report @House in Kawagoe

川越の住宅現場です．風雨から現場を守るため先行していた屋根工事がまず完成しました．そうして，大屋根の下に大空間が立ち現れました．

Here is a construction site in Kawagoe. The roofing work which protects construction site from wind and rain is finished at first. And then, a large space has come out under this big roof.

目の前の広大な風景に向けて切妻屋根が開放されています．

This gabled roof is opened for a extensive landscape.

家族を優しく包み込む古民家のような，大らかな住宅となればよいなと思っています．

We hope this house will be tolerant like a traditional Japanese house and affectionate to family life.

現場リポート＠野間アパートメント／ Site report @Noma Apartment

各階のサッシュにガラスが入ったので，建物の外形がかなりはっきり見え，完成がイメージしやすくなってきました．

The outline of this building became clearly after installation of glasses in each window.

置床を施工中ですが，床ができてくるとだいぶ住宅らしくなってきたなと感じます．4月初旬にはフローリングが入るので，これも楽しみです．

Currently raised floors are worked, and it gives an identity of house space. We are looking forward to that wooden flooring will be installed in April.

壁はウレタン吹付け後，GL工法にてプラスターボードを施工中です．一枚ずつ垂直を見ながら貼っていくので，6戸完了するまで3週間くらいかかる根気のいる行程です．天井はプラスターボードにクロス仕上げのため，軽天下地を組んでいます．

On the walls, insulating materials are sprayed, and now plaster boards are stuck by Gypsum Lining. This process takes almost 3 weeks because each board should be stuck exactly vertical. Frameworks of ceiling are prepared to finish wallpaper.

設備も着々と工事が進んで，各階のユニットバスは据付完了し，配管も完了しています．配管工事が入ると，この建物に血が通い始めた感じがしました．

The equipment installation is also worked steadily, an unit bath and pipes of each apartment are already installed. These equipment work gives us a impression as this building starts to have blood circulations.

現場リポート＠野間アパートメント／ Site report @Noma Apartment

野間アパートの現場では，3階の壁，屋根の型枠が終わり，3階梁，屋根スラブの配筋中です． 

In the site of Noma apartment, formwork of third floor walls and roof have been finished, and now reinforcing bars of beams and roof slabs of third floor are arranged.

 

大地から隆起したようなボリューム感のある外観です．打ち立てのコンクリートと外部足場がなかなか荒々しい印象． 

The exterior of a building looked relatively massive as if it raised from the earth.  These fresh concrete texture and these scaffolds give us rather a rough impression.

内部空間が現れました．ここが木陰と木陰をつなぐトンネルのようになります．

Interior spaces are appeared. It will be tunnel shaped space between a tree and a tree.

川越の現場では基礎工事が終わり，無事に上棟しました．

At site in Kawagoe, a foundation work was finished, and after then framework is also completed without accident. 

職人さん達の手により，大らかな屋根の骨格が広大な田園風景の中に建ち上がっていきます．

The framework of ample roof is built by constructors in rural landscape.

明けましておめでとうございます！昨年に引き続き，本年も謙虚で実直に，より一層の精進をして参ります．どうぞよろしくお願い致します．

We wish a happy new year for everyone! and will do our best effort and devotion this year, too.  

今年もさらに飛躍の年となるよう楽しんでいきたいと思います．皆さんにとっても実りの多い一年となりますように．

川越の住宅-着工／ Construction of a house in Kawagoe started

川越の住宅プロジェクト，いよいよ先週から工事が始まりました．まずは地盤改良．敷地周辺は田畑が広がるのどかな場所ということもあり，深さ2m位まで土が柔らかいことが判りました．そのためセメントと土砂を混ぜて杭状に硬めていきます．地味な工事ですが，丈夫な家づくりのために大切な工程です．「縁の下」の「さらに下」の力持ちとはこのことでしょうか．

Finally the construction of a house in Kawagoe was started from last week. First of all, started from soil improvement. The soil test told that this farming area consists of H=2m soft soil. So this soil improvement makes cement - sand piles. It is not showy construction but important process for the strong structure.

配筋検査＠野間アパートメント／ Inspection of reinforcing bars @Noma

先日，野間アパートメントの現場にて基礎の配筋検査がありました．

The other day, we had a inspection of reinforcing bars at construction site in Noma.

この先何十年という時間に耐えうる高い耐久性と，遮音性が求められる集合住宅という用途より, この建物では鉄筋コンクリート造を選択しました．鉄筋コンクリート造３階建てということもあり，相当頑丈な基礎となっています．一番せいの大きな基礎梁にいたってはH=1700mmもあります．

We chose a reinforced concrete structure in this project, because of high durability for a long time and the building type as apartment house needed sound insulation. So this 3 stories building has strong footing beams. A biggest footing beam has H=1700mm.

現場では，職人さん達が「こんな丈夫な基礎は初めてだ」と言いつつ，一生懸命に頑張って下さっていました．

At the construction site, constructors said "We've never made such a strong foundation before.", and they are working very well.

川越の住宅 工事契約／ The contract to build a house in Kawagoe

先日，川越で進行している住宅プロジェクトの工事契約が結ばれました．

The other day, we had a house project meeting, and a contract of construction.

建主ご夫婦との対話を繰り返していく中で，住宅の輪郭も徐々に明確になり，にぎやかで温かいこの一家のような大らかで，風通しの良く，光溢れる心地よい空間となったと思います．

Through the conversations with clients repeatedly, this project developed into comfortable living space like free and easy, well ventilated, full of sunlight, fitting for this lively and warm family.

ちょうど一年前のブログ記事に登場したアサちゃんも弟ミノルくんが誕生し，すっかりお姉さんに．

A daughter, Asa-chan who is introduced in this article just 1 year ago,  she grew up and became elder sister because the family has new son.

この可愛い子供達がすくすくと育つのをやさしく見守ってくれるような家になることを願って，現場監理もしっかりと良い仕事をしたいと思います．

With hope that this house become important existence to receive and watch the growth of these pretty children tenderly, we do our best next construction phase also. 

野間アパートメント着工／ Construction of apartment in Noma started

２年ほど前から計画していたＲＣ造３階建，６戸の集合住宅がいよいよ着工しました．

Finally, the construction of housing complex which we worked since this 2 years is started. It is a three stories reinforced-concrete structure, and has 6 houses within.

敷地は福岡の中心地ながらも、ほどよく緑が残る高台に位置しています．施主，工務店や構造設計事務所の皆さんの協力を得てここまでこれました．

This site locates on the green hill even it is center of Fukuoka.
Thanks to great cooperations with Client, Constructor and Structural engineers, we could come to this phase. 

『緑を感じながら、日々暮らせると心地良い』という，とても単純な感覚を大切にし，この敷地をこの先数十年という時間をかけ，都会にありながらも，『豊かな緑に囲まれて暮らせる住まい』となるように育てていければと思っています．

A concept, "it is comfortable to live with natural atmosphere", we value such a simple sense.  We hope this apartment will be incubated as housings surrounded by full of green as the years go on gradually.
